The choice of an appropriate insulation solution increases the operating comfort of the building. The main parameter of insulation is, of course, the coefficient of thermal conductivity, but when choosing the material, attention should also be paid to such aspects as the condensation of water vapor on the surface and in depth and the reaction to fire class. Polyisocyanurate (PIR) panels are one of the most modern insulation materials available on the market.
Polyisocyanurate plates are characterized by a very low coefficient of thermal conductivity, even at the level of λ = 0.022 W / mK. Due to the wide variety of coatings, they have a very wide range of applications: from flat and sloped roofs to interior and exterior walls, to foundation and floor insulation.
In addition to excellent thermal parameters, this product is characterized by resistance to fungi and microorganisms and high resistance to moisture at the same time. The high rigidity and resistance to damage of PIR panels results in a durable and easy to install insulating layer.
